These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Valuevision, Inc. doing business as Call Pay Insight ("Call Pay Insight," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing the Call Pay Insight Report, you agree to these Terms.
1. THE STUDY
The Call Pay Insight Report is a market study of physician and advanced practice provider on-call compensation derived from publicly available U.S. General Services Administration healthcare staffing contracts. The study is a digital information product delivered electronically following purchase.
2. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change from time to time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through GoDaddy Payments. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes.
3. DELIVERY
The study is delivered electronically. After your purchase is confirmed, a download link will be made available to you or sent to the email address associated with your order. Delivery is considered complete when the download link is made available to you, whether or not you access or download the study.
4. REFUNDS
Because the study is a digital product delivered electronically, purchases are generally nonrefundable once delivery is complete. We may, at our sole discretion, approve a refund request submitted within 14 days after purchase.
To request a refund, contact support@valuevision.com and provide the reason for your request.
Any approved refund immediately terminates your license to access or use the study.
5. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
When you purchase the study, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the study for your internal business purposes. You may cite and reference information from the study in client deliverables with proper attribution.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the study
- Publish or post the study, in whole or in substantial part, on a public website or other publicly accessible location
- Use the study to create or commercialize a competing database, market-data product, or substantially similar data product
- Use the study as training or fine-tuning data for an artificial intelligence or machine-learning model
- Share account credentials or download credentials with another person
- Otherwise reproduce or distribute the study except as expressly permitted by these Terms
Use of an artificial intelligence tool solely to analyze the study for your own internal business purposes is permitted only if the study is not used to train or fine-tune a model and the use otherwise complies with these Terms.
6. ATTRIBUTION
When information from the study is cited or referenced in a client deliverable, the following attribution must be included:

7. IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
The study provides market data and analytical information. It does not constitute professional advice, a valuation opinion, a legal determination, or a compliance safe harbor. You are responsible for determining whether and how the information is appropriate for your particular analysis, engagement, or other use.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Strategic Value Group, LLC owns the copyright and other applicable intellectual-property rights in the original selection, compilation, analysis, commentary, organization, and presentation contained in the Call Pay Insight Report. The study incorporates or is derived from publicly available source materials. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of underlying public-source materials that are not owned by Strategic Value Group, LLC. All rights in the Call Pay Insight Report that are not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The study is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of the study for any particular purpose.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Strategic Value Group, LLC arising from or relating to your purchase or use of the study or website will not exceed the amount you paid for the study giving rise to the claim.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or the study will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
